Everyone dreams of being healthy, beautiful and healthy. The first health tip of believing is believing in what we eat. Eat healthy and one will be healthy and beautiful. A healthy diet means eating a balanced three meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner and ensuring that each meal is a combination of carbohydrate and protein foods. The diet should include whole grains, pulses, milk or curd, eggs, poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables.

There are some health tips for exercise that can come in handy and that is: Adding sugar is not a crime. Three to four teaspoons of sugar per day is permitted if the person is not a diabetic, in the end, the whole secret of strength and weight control depends on how much oil is used daily and how much fatty food is consumed per day. The standard requirement is 2-3 tablespoons or 3-4 tablespoons per person per day. One can enjoy a rich meal twice a week.

Another health strategy for fitness is that the main reason for the overweight and unhealthy body is lifestyle changes. Today we don’t go anywhere, and we get in and out of cars. We also spend a lot of time sitting in front of the television and computer. This is one of the reasons why people in their 20’s and 30’s suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes.

Everyone from the age of six must make sure that regular physical activity is corrected in the daily routine. Walking for 20 to 30 minutes should be taught and practiced regularly such as brushing teeth and bathing. It is also important to avoid too many cold drinks and packaged juices that most of us prefer and store in our refrigerator. Not only does it increase our body weight but it also damages our teeth and skin. Instead we should decide to drink more water.

In conclusion, there is no magic wand to achieve a healthy, beautiful and fit body. It is important to keep an eye on what we eat. Keep food in a balanced, normal and complete way with salad and fruit. Make sure the person works all day and follows a general fitness program that is appropriate for age, body and health.
