Weight loss is not only important for your physical look but for your mental health and the health of your organs too. Research showed that the risk of cardiovascular disease and certain types of cancers can be avoided by weight loss.

How to lose weight?

Losing weight is not Magic. I lost 60 pounds of weight just following a discipline every day.

Cardio Workout

If you like the outdoor then you can do various exercises mainly running, cycling, and swimming. Adding a variety of exercises to your life will help you to keep motivated. Indoor treadmill or cycling is also important, do it for at least 1 hour every morning.

Core Workout

15 Minutes core workout will keep you active all day. This will also give you a feeling that your stomach is full. It could include plank, crunches, situps, leg raises, pushups, etc. Make sure you do it regularly.

Drink Enough Water

When you feel hungry first drink two glasses of water 10 minutes before any meal. While exercising keep yourself hydrated all the time.

Monitor your calories intake

Excercise is best for overall fitness, but it doesn’t help you to lose weight if you don’t control your diet. Remember it is 80% food and 20% exercise that contributes to your overall weight. Make sure to monitor your calories intake. Use a balanced diet. Remember, sugar is a slow poison. Sugar will produce fat in your body. Cut sugar and eat a balance diet.
